Shipping Information

Hong Kong Delivery

  • Once payment is received, when the products are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 workings days (except personalized products), followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day.  All delivery will be shipped by Courier Service.
  • FREE Self – Pick Up @ D2 Place 2 THE BARN (Our customer service will send email notification when ready for pick up)
  • We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong for orders over HKD 700. For orders below HK$700, HK$40 delivery fee is required.
    We deliver to (Residential Address, Commercial Address, SF Station / Locker) within Hong Kong. 
  • For Rush Order (1-2 days delivery, not include Sat, Sun and public holiday) will incur HKD100 (include shipping fee) only available for orders made on weekdays. (*Eligible for personalized teether & hamper but not eligible for personalized swaddle & blanket)
  • You will be asked to fill in contact information e.g. name, delivery address, contact number and e-mail address during payment process, you can also enter any applicable discount code during checkout.

 

Personalized Products Lead Time

  • Personalized teethers, hampers  & balloon flower box require 5-7 working days delivery - Rush order within 1-2 working days (not include Sat, Sun & public holiday) delivery require HK$150 charge (Include shipping fee)
  • Personalized blankets require 25-30 working days delivery - No rush order is accept for personalized blankets. 
  • Personalized swaddles require 15-20 working days delivery - No rush order is accept for personalized swaddles. 
  • Working days are Monday through Friday (except for Hong Kong Public Holidays). If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day.
  • If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale, we will notify you by email.
  • Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damages items due to any parcel service fault.

 

International Delivery

* Due to the COVID-19 issue, the delivery rates will be temporaily adjusted. 

We offer the following International delivery rates:

HKD 50: Macau , Hamper will incur HKD250 Shipping fee

HKD 180: China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Thailand

HKD 350: Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom

If there is a country you would like to ship your order to and which is not on the list, please contact us at admin@littlecaleb.com and we will be more than happy to assist with your order.

Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. We will not be responsible for the cost for clearing customs upon delivery.
